Antitrust Law

Due to the globalization, antitrust law and related rights are of growing importance.

Attorneys FH-Prof. Dr. Burgstaller LL.M. and Dr. Lettner LL.M. have published a book on EU antitrust law and block exemption regulations.

In order to inspire the law students to antitrust law, the Austrian Federal Competition Authority and the European Law Student’s Association organize an Antitrust Law Moot Court. In this competition, the students prepare an essay about an antitrust law problem with the help of Attorneys.

In 2018 Dr. Lettner LL.M. has successfully coached the Johannes Kepler University of Linz Students to winning the Austrian Antitrust Law Moot Court.
